First Week of Class in KPTMAS

          Assalamualaikum, hello everyone. We are back! Now, we are going to tell you our first week of classes in our college. Our class had been started on 09th July 2017. College isn’t so bad. Actually, its pretty awesome. We’ve been here for about a week. Honestly, we thought that we will miss home like crazy and cry my eyes out everyday. But we don’t. Guess we’re too busy having fun and experiencing new things.
          We are taking about 18 credit hours in this semester (6 classes) and the courses work is pretty easy. We just have to keep up with everything because it’s so easy to fall behind. Most of our lecturers seemed laidback. Sometimes, I feel as if I’m back in high school because the courses work isn’t intense, or so it’s seems. My peer mentor (who picked out most of my classes) says that we’ve got a really good deal on my classes. My lecturers are very awesome, and therefore the classes are really hard to get in.
          We went home this weekend. The whole time I was home I wished I was back in Sungai Petani and Bandar Baharu. Our parents and us had a pretty open relationships, not that it was not like that before, but now we say things more freely because don’t have control on what we do. We thought they will be upset with us because we need to come back to our hostel.
          Our first few weeks of college have been very interesting so far. We enjoyed most of our classes and our lecturers have all been very willing to work with me on any material that we don’t understand. We had some problems with our transfer credits from hight school, but the admissions staffs of the college were very helpful. We feel like we’re freedom because our scheduled are not very tough and we had many leisure time. We like the fact that we have time between classes that I can go to the library, get something to eat, or just hang out with our classmates before we have to leave.

The ways how to study in college:-
i.                    Get to know your neighbiurs.
·         Make a lot of new friends
·         Get friendly with your roommate and housemate
ii.                  Choose a study spot
·         Being comfortable
iii.                Buy your book
·         You need to know what books you need
·         Buy during your first week of college

·         Be able to begin your reading assignment

Memories of the Orientation Days

          Assalamualaikum, hi everyone. My name is Nadrah binti Taufik and my partner’s name is NurulFarah Aqilah binti Rahim. We are from Kolej Poly-Tech Mara Alor Setar (KPTMAS). We want to share about our memories that we got during the orientation day. The orientation day was held at Dewan Asrama Siswi Taman Permodalan which is started on 03 th July 2017 until 06 th July 2017. We had a lot of memories during the orientation day.
